Welcome!
Travel along the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway to experience the majesty of Seneca Lake and the heart of New York State’s Finger Lakes — a region known for its scenic beauty, recreational opportunity, agricultural abundance and relaxed lifestyle.
Along the byway, you’ll find adventure in the outdoors and on the craft beverage trail. Stop by one of the many recognized wineries, breweries or distilleries. Enjoy the freshest local produce at a roadside farm stand, celebrated restaurant, or u-pick farm. Hike the trails of the Finger Lakes National Forest, launch a kayak in the deep waters of Seneca Lake, or enjoy a picnic on the shore of Smith Memorial Park.
The Seneca Lake Scenic Byway is a 19-mile corridor with many stories to tell. It runs along the southeast border of Seneca Lake following New York State Route 414 from the base of Seneca Lake just north of Watkins Glen to Lodi Point State Marine Park in Lodi.
